Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in an automotive environment

- Experience with equipment integration and automation systems
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (75% or higher)
