About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fashion Retail Ambassador. As a key member of our in-store team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, sharing styling tips and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy, handling transactions and maintaining a high level of cash handling skills
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives, contributing to a positive and friendly atmosphere
Requirements
  • Passionate about fashion, design, and the latest trends, with a keen eye for detail and style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A positive and customer-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  • A good team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and proactively to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with a minimum commitment of 3 months
