About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Strategist and Compliance Specialist to join our team at At&T Mexico.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies aligned with corporate initiatives and local requirements. This includes leading the development of short and long-term EH&S objectives, analyzing regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective HSE programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deploy EHS strategies that meet corporate and local requirements
  • Lead the development of short and long-term EH&S objectives and recommend goals to management
  • Analyze regulatory compliance and maintain it continuously
  • Perform risk assessments for all HSE fields on the site and ensure regulatory compliance and effective implementation of HSE programs
  • Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5 years of experience in HSE related positions leading teams
  • Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
  • Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
  • English language proficiency (conversational level)
  • Engineer or similar background

Benefits
