Job Title: Senior Wireless Network Engineer

At Novartis Farmacéutica, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our next-generation wireless network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement LAN and WAN networks
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking equipment
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
  • Perform network monitoring and capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure and operations
  • Participate in network security initiatives and ensure compliance with security policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing next-gen wireless networks
  • Previous experience of working as a SME/Lead Engineer for Cisco Wireless
  • Familiarity with RF planning and capabilities of performing site surveys using one or more tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in creating architecture documents (HLD/LLD/Work Instructions)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
