The Opportunity:

As a Global Pricing Associate at Avantor, you will play a critical role in completing tender and quotation requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pricing information to customers. Your expertise in extracting pricing data from various sources, including SAP, databases, and internal systems, will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract pricing information from various sources, including SAP, databases, and internal systems.
  • Responsible for creating customer conditions in ERP systems, adhering to set policies and procedures.
  • Scheduled and on-demand report preparation.
  • Ensure tasks/reports are delivered on time and in a clear and concise format.
  • Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information.
  • Work on various process documentations when asked to (review, update, edit, translate).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • 2 or more years' experience with similar job duties.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to think analytically, critical thinking skills, and quantitative skills.
  • Diligence and a natural aptitude for numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.
  • Customer-centric and an ambitious person attitude.
  • Manage time and priorities – set timelines, coordinate tasks for yourself and with others.
  • Apply teamwork skills to a range of situations and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
