The Opportunity:

The Global Customer Pricing Associate plays a crucial role in managing the completion of tender and quotation requests. This position involves gathering and requesting necessary documentation from contractors to fulfill bids in accordance with local regulations and customer specifications. The associate will assist representatives in detailing the required information, inputting quotes into the system, and collaborating with them to deliver pricing to customers in a professional manner that meets their expectations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Academic: A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred. A Master's Degree is a plus.

CERTIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and MS Access.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SharePoint. Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and quantitative skills. A diligent approach with a natural affinity for numbers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong business acumen. A customer-centric mindset and a proactive attitude. Effective time management and prioritization skills to coordinate tasks independently and collaboratively. A commitment to continuous learning and knowledge enhancement. HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:

Extracting pricing data from various platforms including SAP, databases, and internal systems. Responsible for establishing customer conditions in ERP systems while adhering to established policies and procedures. Preparing scheduled and on-demand reports. Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and reports in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrating effective communication skills to relay information succinctly. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive information. Engaging in various process documentation tasks as required (reviewing, updating, editing, translating).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Typically operates in an office setting with appropriate lighting, ventilation, and a comfortable temperature range. Work assignments are varied, utilizing past precedents to resolve issues while developing new solutions as necessary. A consistent workload and deadlines may create routine pressure. Minimal physical effort is required, with most tasks being sedentary but may involve occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, or lifting objects weighing less than 10 lbs.
