Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall day-to-day operations of multiple Warehouse locations, including freight, returns, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize transportation methods for efficiency, reliability, and cost.
- Oversee freight forwarder and international transportation service provider management.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop and manage monthly transportation forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels based on sales forecast and supply lead times to ensure optimized balance between warehouse cost and on-time customer delivery.
- Minimum of seven years' experience in relevant field, including minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Bilingual English required.
- University Degree.
- Working knowledge of Import/Export compliance procedures is required.
- Able to achieve results within a consistently evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Proficient at senior management communication.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
