Key Responsibilities- Manage and evaluate logistics operations, liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.
- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to align operational activities with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Bachelor's degree and above in logistics/warehousing/supply chain and other majors are preferred.
- 6+ years of last mile operations experiences in top E-commerce companies.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain in Mexico.
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
- Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
