Spa Receptionist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and accommodate guests in the spa, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Arrange spa appointments and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and proficiency in spa services, treatments, and products.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless guest service and maximum satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 months and upwards of work experience in a hotel or spa, preferably within the high-end/luxury market.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
