**Job Summary**

The Sr Supply Chain Planner plays a crucial role in the key planning process of the Company, ensuring the stability of daily operations and the availability of Finished Goods at the Distribution Center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Develop a Finished Goods Novelties and Exit Items plan based on the agreed timeline, balancing supply load through the weeks to maintain replenishment volume.

Ensure weekly supply plans for Final Pack are on target, growing factory efficiency by optimizing machine utilization and requesting routings to engineering as needed.

Meet monthly FMC targets, labor hours planned based on the latest demand plan, and pre-packs change overs within the weekly target.

Generate Finished Goods and Pre-pack labor weekly targets based on the latest changes, used as a reference in the production planning process.

Build the Air Freight proposal (if applicable) based on the latest changes in the Final Pack Plan.

Update SAP capacity intervals (machine utilization factors and ramp up percentage) as needed.

Identify and analyze the main causes of high and/or out of stock inventory coverage for SKUs, trigger actions to fix them using a PDCA methodology.

Improve processes looking for new ways of working using a digitalization attitude.

**Requirements**:

+5 years experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis

+1 years experience using digital visualization tools such as Power BI

SAP is a must.
