Job Summary:
Celestica is seeking a skilled Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing production schedules for designated products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

About the Role:
This role involves developing and implementing production schedules based on actual and forecasted customer demand, product demand profiles, and knowledge of the customer. You will analyze inputs such as capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, and internal impact on customer scheduling. Additionally, you will ensure quality and integrity of information used to generate materials requirements plans and revise plans as required based on analysis of actuals versus plan.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement production schedules for designated products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers
* Analyze inputs such as capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, and internal impact on customer scheduling
* Ensure quality and integrity of information used to generate materials requirements plans
* Revises plans as required based on analysis of actuals versus plan
* Manage issues associated with engineering changes to ensure minimal cost exposure, excess materials, and risk to customer shipment
* Participate in the introduction of new products and support the transfer/de-transfer of existing products through planning and analyzing common and unique materials in support of project deadlines
* Communicate information on materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle
* Maintain knowledge of customer volume fluctuations and determine materials required
* Provide information to procurement on demand variances
* Develop and communicate short- and long-term commitments to customers to ship products
* Coordinate necessary resources to meet shipment commitments
* Review and report on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability, and on-time delivery
* Develop recovery plans if missed shipments occur
* Lead continuous improvement of planning processes
* Facilitate development of processes and best practice models for outbound order fulfillment
* Provide leadership and support to employees of NAOF
* Make decisions surrounding workload allocation and hiring practices
* Provide expert role to other sites and other departments for North American Order Fulfillment models and practices
* Provide training, guidance, and may assign work to less experienced employees

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Requirements:
* Two to Four years relevant experience
* Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
