About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our field sales representative team in Cuernavaca. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs and targets for the area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and category execution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience in sales and negotiation processes.
