About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Director to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will be responsible for driving industrial excellence and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of industrial strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operations directors, managing directors, and industry leaders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to industrial teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and capabilities to deliver business objectives.
  • Identify and analyze complex industrial challenges and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the industrial organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior operational or industrial role.
  • Proven track record of driving industrial excellence and delivering business results.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex industrial challenges and develop innovative solutions.
