**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Recruiter to join our team at Equivity. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand hiring needs, staffing requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for financial services or sales roles.
- Proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
**What We Offer**
- $16,000 pesos per month + Commissions.
- Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
