Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Hewlett Packard, driving growth and optimization in our global operations.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that will oversee complex supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory analysis, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand and supply matching strategies, ensuring seamless execution and identifying potential issues.
  • Prioritize backlog management through cross-functional collaboration and drive data-driven insights to inform senior management decisions.
  • Partner with global business units and supply bases to generate and deliver actionable demand signals.
  • Lead regional and global planning teams to enhance business processes, define performance metrics, and implement improvement actions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supply chain or a related field is required, preferably with expertise in supply chain and/or business management functions.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, operations strategy, and analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in analysis and reporting.
  • Risk assessment and exposure management capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
