Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Zadun a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all amenities and linens are replenished
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and replace dirty linens and towels
  • Check all appliances and fixtures to ensure they are in good working order
  • Straighten and arrange furniture and decor to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow all safety and security protocols, and report any maintenance issues or hazards
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
