Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Equipment Maintenance and Improvement to lead our equipment maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational environments, with a focus on maintenance, production, or process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Thinking and Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve equipment maintenance performance, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and control budgets.
  • Equipment KPIs and Budget Control: Monitor and optimize equipment KPIs, including quality, cost, and performance, to ensure optimal unit cost control.
  • Training and Certifications: Ensure that maintenance group members receive necessary training and certifications based on skill matrices.
  • New Equipment Technology Introduction: Lead the introduction of new equipment technology, focusing on providing a smooth learning curve for the team.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis as a champion or team member for Voice of Customer (VOC) and Customer Complaints (CC).
  • Equipment Capability Enhancement: Promote upgrades to software and hardware systems, both internally and externally with suppliers.
  • People Development and Leadership: Coach and manage team members to develop leadership and soft skills.
  • Teamwork and Objectives: Foster a culture of teamwork and ensure that all objectives are met by promoting collaboration and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in operational environments (maintenance, production, or process)
  • Profile: Electronic, robotic, computer, mechanical, industrial, or similar
  • Knowledge in Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
