About the Opportunity
DMI is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team. This position will require the resource to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Process Consultant to support process modeling and analysis of related processes.
- Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
- Assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
- Support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
- Learn Cemex's BPM platform and be prepared to provide training to users.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation, or related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Areas of expertise: 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modeling, process engineering, continuous process improvement.
Additional Requirements (Desired and Soft Skills):
- Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably).
- Project Management experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.
- Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
- Experience in BIC Process design.
- Social impact processes knowledge.
- BPMN 2.0 Standard Knowledge.
- Analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective Communication, influencing, facilitation, and good presentation skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
