About the Opportunity:
DMI is seeking a Mid Business Process Consultant to join our team. This position will be based in Monterrey, Mexico, and will require the resource to be located in this city.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting process modeling and analysis of related processes. Your key duties will include:
- Assisting in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
- Collaborating with team members to gather and document requirements.
- Conducting research and gathering relevant data to support process analysis.
- Assisting in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Producing documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date process documentation.
- Supporting the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process management, process modeling, process engineering, or continuous process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Additional Requirements:
While not required, experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining, is a plus. Additionally, knowledge of BPMN 2.0 Standard and analytical thinking and attention to detail are highly valued.
