Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Assistant to join our team at AC Hotels. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a hospitality or hotel industry setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
