Atrato is a fintech startup focused on providing financial tools for businesses and consumers in Latin America. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and executive reports.
- Conduct research and analysis on new business opportunities, potential investments, and emerging markets.
- Support in personal tasks, such as driving for occasional trips to airports and business meetings.
- Support in financial transactions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Location: Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with project management tools, documents, and calendars: Google Calendar, Gmail, Todoist, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
- Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs and resolve problems independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedule and occasional travel.
- Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and procedures quickly.
- Valid driver's license and experience in driving.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in executing tasks, ensuring precision and quality in work.
