About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of enterprise solutions IT foundation initiatives, including requirement gathering and fulfillment, continuous improvement, and service stability based on agreed SLAs.

Key areas of responsibility include leading initiatives, ensuring plans are met according to budget, and delivering projects in an agile framework. You will also be responsible for implementing solutions under your responsibility, transitioning to the DEV SEC OPS model, and contributing to the establishment of continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring, and improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional analyst to evaluate, estimate, plan, and develop initiatives by leading or supporting initiatives based on scope established with the sector in global teams.
  • Contribute to establishing operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring, and improvement capabilities.
  • Guarantee solutions with high levels of quality and security, focused on minimum to non-impact on production.
  • Implement and govern testing automation processes, focused on time to deliver improvements in quality and security requirements facilitation.
  • Resource management for proposal feasibility, project planning, and execution, using internal and external resources based on the flow of requirements using Vendor Enable and Champion/Challenger models.
  • Coordinate solutions stability based on agreed SLAs within IT and the business.
  • Collaborate and coordinate struggle shooting and system analysis.
  • Collaborate in coordinating functional KT to internal and external team members within LATAM ES.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in system engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of related IT business work experience, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent.
  • Desirable: Agile, Dev OPS or DevSecOps organization understanding, program in project management knowledge.
