We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our import/export operations, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and economical movement of goods between international locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process import/export documents and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with international customers, subsidiaries, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Plan, schedule, and route imports and exports, monitoring traffic flow and ensuring related customer service, brokerage, and customs transaction compliance.
  • Maintain communication with customs agencies and transport companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., international business, logistics, supply chain management).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in global trade, logistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with import/export systems and software.
