Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

As a Process Optimization Specialist at Regex SEO, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that involve automation, analysis, and process improvement. Your role will be instrumental in helping us streamline our workflows, enhance our tools, and drive business growth.

Your RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Automate interactions between SEMrush, Jira, Google Suite, Infinity, and Octopus to reduce administrative burdens on our SEO team.
  • Create sophisticated formulas for Analysis Input to present clear and accurate information, empowering us to make informed decisions using internal data.
  • Implement automation for data entries in reporting tools such as Service Titan, Callrail, and Service Fusion, ensuring accuracy and saving valuable time.
  • Identify and automate tasks within Infinity where there are limitations, ensuring smooth inter-board communication and optimal workflow.
  • Streamline workflows by automating and developing templates for master lists, incorporating specific client inputs for enhanced efficiency.
  • Develop applications for task assignment, progress tracking, and formula implementation within Infinity to enhance its functionality.
  • Engage in general AI research and explore opportunities for its implementation within our processes, keeping us at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Actively identify areas for improvement within our processes, working towards continuous enhancement and optimization.
