Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement server infrastructure solutions to optimize operational delivery processes
- Drive innovation in cloud administration, automation, and standardization
- Manage daily operations to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate with server management units in Service Centers of Global IT IS
- Align with internal customers and partners to deliver exceptional results
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Advanced technical background in server operating systems (Windows)
- Practical experience with Cluster & HA solutions is preferred
- IT Security knowledge and Microsoft Azure administration skills
- Experience with large, non-homogeneous landscapes and scripting languages (Perl, Shell, etc.)
- Fluent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams
- 5+ years of work experience in server administration (3rd level support)
- Multi-year, intercultural work experience in international teams
- IT process map (Incident and Problem Management)
