En Salinas Victoria, Nuevo Leon, nuestro grupo está buscando a un experto en manufactura para ocupar un puesto clave. El trabajo requiere una sólida experiencia en la implementación de sistemas de producción y liderazgo efectivo para mejorar los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de las instalaciones.

La descripción del trabajo: Resumen del cargo:

  • Liderar la implementación de sistemas de producción Lean en todas las instalaciones de Norteamérica y realizar mejoras en las instalaciones apoyadas.
  • Este proceso se lleva a cabo a través de evaluaciones de sitio y planes de mejora que mejoran y estabilizan los KPIs a largo plazo.
  • Llevar a cabo recursos en el sitio, región y mundo para garantizar que el sistema de producción se implemente con eficacia para impulsar resultados en los KPIs de sitio y organizacional.

Requisitos del trabajo:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado (título otorgado).
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Se prefirió experiencia como Six Sigma Black Belt u Green Belt.
  • Pasaporte válido y disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia.
  • Ámbito global: Norteamérica.
  • Experiencia en la implementación de sistemas de producción se valorará (automotriz preferente).
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de estándares (calidad, ingeniería, lean o similar).
  • Habilidad para entrenar e implementar procesos y herramientas de Lean y Six Sigma (lean, A3, PDCA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
  • Anterior experiencia en procesos de manufactura.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementación de sistemas de producción:
    • Liderar evaluaciones de sitios, planificación de mejoras y ejecutar resultados alineados con objetivos de sitio.
    • Implementar sistemas de producción/módulos y ejecutar mejoras para impulsar resultados alineados con planes de mejora DBPS en sitios.
    • Servir a líderes de sitios y regional de sistemas de producción para lograr resultados.
    • Identificar brechas de participación y mejora, actuando para cerrarlas.
    • Llevar a cabo y desarrollar sistemas regionales para implementar el sistema de producción.
  • Suporte a KPIs de sitios:
    • Llevar a cabo esfuerzos para garantizar que las brechas en los KPIs de sitio se cierren mediante proyectos y planes a corto y largo plazo.
    • Identificar y priorizar proyectos y Kaizens vinculados a iniciativas estratégicas clave para la organización, liderando o resourcing según corresponda.
    • Servir a líderes de sitio y otros recursos de equipo/sitio para lograr resultados en KPIs de sitio.
  • Estandares y capacitación:
    • Desarrollar estándares regionales OPEX/TQM y capacitación.
    • Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia de capacitación para apoyar la implementación organizativa del sistema de producción tanto para empleados salarial como asalariados que entregue claros resultados comerciales, tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
    • Diseñar, entregar y mejorar herramientas de capacitación incluyendo lean, DMAIC, Six Sigma, A3, PDCA, y otras herramientas específicas del sistema de producción o problemas.
    • Ayudar a entrenar e informar a otros sobre proyectos alineados con métodos de mejora adecuados (informes directos y otros recursos).

Riqueza del puesto:

  • $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 por mes.

Jornada laboral:

  • Lunes a viernes.

  • Título universitario completo (deseable).
