Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Expert to join our Onboarding team in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new advertising customers, providing strategic advice to help them achieve their business goals, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultative services to customers to help them get the best return on their advertising investment.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Work closely with colleagues in New Business Sales (NBS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales to deliver seamless customer handovers.
  • Implement creative ways to improve customer relationships and tailor performance-enhancing suggestions to promote other Google products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, including execution level and consultative level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative with the capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
