About the Role

MX003 Marsh And Mclennan Servicios S.A. De Cv is seeking a highly skilled AI Integration Developer to join our team in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and debug software programs, with a focus on building experience APIs using REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to convert complex requirements into innovative tech solutions.
  • Work independently on the design and development of technical modules, demonstrating innovation and efficiency.
  • Assist in diagnosing and solving coding problems, contributing to the stability and quality of AI Bot built on a large language model.
  • Provide high-level technical support to clients, addressing existing problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline;
  • OR a combination of work experience, education and training equivalent to a four-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
  • 5+ years development experience, ideally with LLM AI solutions, plus ITSM and Knowledge platforms
  • 3+ years' experience managing related projects;
  • 3+ years' experience working as part of results-oriented project teams.
