Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate accurate and timely shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitor compliance with approved carriers to ensure that all shipments are handled by authorized carriers.
  • Monitor billings and invoice discrepancies to ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Determine profitable shipping methods to optimize logistics costs.
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of SAP to accurately process finished goods material and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Communicate with the sales team to determine the appropriate shipping process and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Accurately process finished goods material in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Be trained and follow the transaction rules to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Store the material of finished products in the warehouse in an organized manner to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Continuously improve personally and professionally to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
  • Practice the general 5S principles to drive continuous improvement practices within the shipping-logistics team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency (reading and conversation at a technical level).
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Soft skills: communication, sense of urgency, teamwork, and commitment.
