The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead RoleThis strategic and hands-on role oversees and drives the operational excellence of the talent acquisition function within an organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, implement scalable solutions, and optimize the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Talent Acquisition Operations Specialists, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- End-to-End Process Management: Oversee and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition management, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of the applicant tracking system, collaborating with IT and vendor partners to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics reports to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Technology and Tool Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Candidate Experience: Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and consistent journey from application to onboarding.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the talent acquisition function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and team management.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics reporting, and utilizing recruitment analytics to drive insights and improvements.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to lead and execute complex projects with cross-functional teams.
