Key Responsibilities- Partner with clients to understand their current payroll requirements and propose effective Alight Solutions.
- Lead the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables to ensure timely and in-scope delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise for all SAP payroll-related technical and functional issues in the country.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Capture and document client requirements as appropriate and create relevant work packages according to agreed-upon solutions.
- Ensure that lessons learned activities from a functional and technical point of view are completed.
- Provide deliverables and project objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project.
- Document any deviations from Alight standards and report them to the project team.
- Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project.
- Act as the primary escalation point within the project for all project issues related to functional implementation.
- Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use, and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned.
- Demonstrate exceptional SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration experience.
- Have extensive experience leading a project team delivering SAP Payroll implementations for country-specific clients.
- Have an exceptional understanding of country-specific Payroll legislation and practices.
- Have experience in a consulting role within a payroll technology environment.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and have an eye for detail.
- Be highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Be a natural communicator and have the ability to build successful relationships with clients and teams.
- Have excellent written and verbal skills in English.
