- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills: Effective negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships.
- Membership of Local Bar/Lawyers Association: Membership of local Bar/Lawyers Association.
- Bachelor's/University Degree: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
