Key Responsibilities- Partner with the WGS team, including operating and commercial teams, to drive business initiatives and growth.
- Support the WGS P&L, including orders, revenue, cost, margin, and cash financial execution and tracking.
- Develop and implement processes that meet account/business needs across the organization.
- Manage complex financial issues and contribute to long-term planning.
- Drive a mindset of process simplification, digitization, and automation within the Services business and finance organizations.
- Partner with shared services team to support back-end financial processes.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
- Experience managing through organizational change and transitions.
- Strong accounting and system knowledge with process management experience.
- Advanced level of communication in English.
- Self-starter, ability to leverage cross-functional relationships to solve problems.
- Partnered and worked closely with customer or commercial groups.
- Established analytical and project management ability with a simplification/automation/digitization mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior business and/or ORACLE ERP experience.
