Job Summary:

Dwellworks, LLC is seeking a skilled Relocation Expert to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Destination Services Consultant, you will provide local support and expertise to employees and their families who are being relocated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform area orientations to ensure a smooth transition for relocating individuals
  • Help secure housing and identify schools for enrollment
  • Assist with opening bank accounts and obtaining a Social Security Number
  • Provide guidance on securing a driver's license

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, including local schools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, as the consultant is expected to drive clients in the area in their personal vehicle
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • A flexible schedule that would accommodate an ad hoc working style

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research efficiently and effectively
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in time-management

Compensation:

$28.00 per hour
