Job Summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly closing process and provide required analysis and bridges.
  • Perform analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet and miscellaneous P&L accounts on a monthly basis. Review and resolve variances.
  • Assist in the monthly rolling forecast process.
  • Champion fixed asset accounting and capital forecasting for the plant.
  • Provide required financial reporting and analysis to budget owners and assist them in meeting profitability commitments.
  • Lead the annual profit plan process and develop supporting budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and perform annual design self-assessment.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Perform plant pricing analysis and maintenance.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement department process improvements.
  • Fixed asset accounting.
  • Capital Account Payable and account receivable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Three years of work experience in Finance or Accounting function.
  • Previous experience in systems including Oracle Financials and Khalix.
  • Three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or two years of experience performing cost accounting/financial analysis.
