The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our environmental programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and promoting sustainability within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Provide training and education to employees on environmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and progress towards sustainability goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
