La empresa ALL ASSIST busca un Coordinador Legal Senior para unirse a su equipo de asistencia legal. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en litigio en materia penal y administración de recursos.
Responsabilidades:
- Revisar y coordinar la asistencia legal para asegurarse de que se brinde conforme a los requerimientos de los proveedores y las condiciones establecidas.
- Analizar, revisar y autorizar los asuntos asignados a Asistencia Legal bajo su coordinación para poder darlos de baja del listado de pendientes.
- Revisar los casos de asuntos asignados a cada abogado a su cargo.
- Cumplir objetivos en asuntos terminados de casos asignados y en recuperaciones ya sea efectivo o documentos.
- Coordinar con los proveedores y los clientes para asegurarse de que se cumplan los requisitos y las condiciones establecidas.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura terminada en Derecho y título y cédula.
- Experiencia en litigio en materia penal.
- Administración de recursos.
- Manejo de PC (Word, Excel intermedio, archivo).
- Buena redacción y ortografía.
Conocimientos Especiales:
- Juicios Orales.
- Conocimientos generales en hechos de tránsito.
- Conocimientos generales de legislación civil.
- Conocimientos generales en materia de seguros.
