**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Ge Gas Power. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a critical role in helping our Engineering team develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards in Tableau.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and create visual dashboards for data extracted using Tableau
  • Identify patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and identify business needs and processes
  • Become familiar with data and processes architecture while identifying and anticipating data and processes needs
  • Support the gathering of data and other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the Executive Manager
  • Develop a good working relationship with the Ge Gas Power community through timely and accurate administration of processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, self-driving, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and ability to adapt to change and be persistent in fulfilling tasks and goals
  • Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews
  • Concurrently work on multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring schedule requirements are met
  • Lead process improvement efforts, i.e. quality, simplification, reduced touch time and cycle

**Requirements:**

  • Student of Engineering, or related field
  • Availability of 40 hours per week at minimum
  • Experience with programming software C++, Python, MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills, i.e. Excel Macros Development
  • Strong communications skills, Independent, Result Oriented, continuously want to learn and grow, High energy and Passion
  • Sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
  • Willing to work on an ambient driven by priorities, urgencies, and business critical issues, situational adaptability
  • High self-confidence and Self-awareness
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Ability to manage sensitive data
  • Supportive and enthusiastic team player
  • English level advanced (Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day conversation on any topic including technical discussions)

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • Experience in Tableau Platform for data analysis, data visualization, and the Business Intelligence process of an organization
