Citi - Commercial Banking Expert

As a seasoned Commercial Banking expert, you will play a pivotal role in managing strong commercial relationships with clients from the Digital, Tech & Comm sectors.

This strategic position requires exceptional communication skills to negotiate internally at senior levels and drive the delivery of full-range services to businesses and geographic regions. You will be responsible for short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within the function.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, with in-depth knowledge of all aspects including strong commercial credit knowledge.
  • Able to work effectively in a team setting and interact with internal and external constituencies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive innovation on client solutions through partnerships with product specialists and subject matter experts.
  • Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally, affecting sub-functions across Group, Bank, commercial markets, and EIB.
  • Oversight of the credit relationship, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines.
