Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely material receipt and concluding transactions for Finished Goods
- Control expenses to meet department budgets and coordinate overtime as needed to support the production schedule
- Develop and implement key metrics for the warehouse operation, encompassing materials receipt, distribution, handling, and packing operations
- Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System (QMS) and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), cGMP, GDP, and related regulatory controls
- Lead the implementation and follow-up of the warehouse and materials distribution Continuous Improvement Program
- Supervise the Kanban/Kitting area to ensure materials are available and kitted for build plan, with no delay to production schedule
- Ensure employee and visitor safety at all times and maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse
- Establish and maintain solid interdepartmental communications and enlist the support of other groups as necessary to meet objectives
- Identify and initiate process improvements and proactively prevent process problems
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements
- Knowledge of QMS, SOP, cGMP, GDP, and related regulatory controls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
