At Siemens Industry, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team in a TEMPORALLY basis. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for a variety of financial management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine accounting activities such as basic account reconciliation and preparation of journal entries; may include tax accounting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of various accounting and/or tax reports.
- Prepare and maintain ledger accounts and related.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Paying suppliers by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all suppliers' enquiries regarding finance.
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accountant payable.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business results and technical procedures.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Excel and an analytical mindset to effectively gather and analyze data to improve the overall business goals.
- Ability to prioritize multitasks.
- English language is preferred.
- Experience in SAP.
