Job Description:

In this exciting role as a Laboratory Scientist, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong foundation in laboratory practices and analytical techniques to join our Quality Assurance team. As a Laboratory Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to analyze chemical, biological, or microbiological products to support our quality programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the required standards for safety, efficacy, and quality. This will involve performing tasks associated with maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant Quality Control and Stability laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform environmental monitoring and water collection in the QC Microbiology laboratory
  • Apply existing techniques and procedures, with recommendations, and implement modifications for improved efficiency
  • Write cleaning validation protocol and reports and perform complex mathematical problems and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Fundamental understanding of laboratory instrumentation function and analytical method troubleshooting
  • Aptitude for good decision making based on procedures, guidance, and experience

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
