**Job Summary:**

Aleph Integrated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to lead our audit team and oversee the entire audit process for retirement and employee benefits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a diverse audit team, ensuring effective communication with clients, and adapting to the quicker pace and shorter timeframes of audits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Communicate directly with clients in the United States, leading virtual calls and meetings to ensure effective communication and build strong relationships.

• Supervise and lead a diverse audit team, including staff and seniors reporting to managers, and senior managers, to ensure the successful completion of audits.

• Oversee the audit process for retirement and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Adapt to the quicker pace and shorter timeframes of audits, managing multiple smaller projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Ensure effective communication within the global team, particularly with team members in the Philippines, to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and professionalism, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members for professional growth and development, helping them to achieve their career goals.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in external audit, with a proven track record of leading and supervising audit teams.

• Strong English communication skills for virtual interactions with clients and the global team.

• Adaptability to a faster-paced, shorter timeframe audit process, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

• Knowledge of retirement and employee benefits audit regulations and standards, as well as proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

**What We Offer:**

• Competitive salary and benefits package, including a monthly salary of 32,000 to 35,000 MXN.

• Benefits under Mexican law, including a full-time contract and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Flexible schedule, with a standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
