As a Testing Senior Lead, you'll oversee the testing team and processes, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies to drive the development and implementation of advanced testing strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall project goals and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior and semi-senior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Drive the adoption of new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing team.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with developers for quick resolution of issues.
  • Provide expert insights into test planning and strategy sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test cases.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with testing.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
