Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Oracle. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customer deployments of Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and Oracle Primavera Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes.
  • Create and maintain system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and configuration worksheets.
  • Support end-to-end business process testing of the Unifier application prior to end user acceptance testing.
  • Support the development and design of overall solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead and direct configuration resources.
  • Deliver prepared training materials when needed.
  • Prepare hand-off and custom project training documents.
  • Ability to work with customers at their customer site.
  • Consulting skills – ability to cope with deadlines.
  • Consulting skills – ability to synthesize information and act upon it.
Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual – Spanish & English required.
  • Experience with Unifier required.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 EPP preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cross matrix team.
  • Must be able to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
  • The ability to follow-through on all projects.
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn.
  • Quick Study, self-starter, not afraid to learn from trial and error.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word is required.
  • The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail.
Education
  • Prefer Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
  • 3+ years of customer facing or consulting experience.
  • Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.
  • Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle CRM, ERP and HRM systems are welcome.
