We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Management Coordinator to join our team at Continental in Mexico.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and following up on all product and process industrialization to meet business case, project budget, and production targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Transferring available know-how from other plants worldwide to the new plant
- Implementing action plans for continuous improvement of relevant processes
- Managing and coordinating all facility management activities for the plant
Additionally, you will contribute to strategic and operative planning of the plant/operations unit, ensuring the achievement of facility management targets according to internal and external customer expectations.
Qualifications
5 or more years of professional experience in various facility management functions, for production machinery and building equipment. Cross-functional experience in engineering preferred.
Proficient in a minimum 2 languages, English and Spanish are mandatory.
