Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Delivery Manager to lead multiple concurrent IT projects and manage scope, quality, budget, and schedule to meet or exceed objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias towards avoiding waste and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control all aspects of the project, including stakeholder management, change management, and communication.
- Plan, gain, and manage the allocation of resources to achieve project goals.
- Serve as a product owner to create the vision for the product and identify features that will bring the most value and benefit.
- Create business cases, functional requirements, user stories, process flow, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT roles with project management experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Travel availability (USA Visa).
- Strong stakeholder management and change management experience.
