Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Sanmina Corporation. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for developing product strategy, coaching and developing team members, and developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy and roadmaps
- Coach and develop team members
- Develop user stories and requirements
- Confirm ROI and value proposition
- Coordinate with engineering and SQA for testing and validation
- Develop technical documentation and release notes
- Train sales, sales engineering, professional services, and support staff
- Support customer conversations and publication of white papers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related areas
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with large international manufacturing industry and/or manufacturing execution systems administration/implementation
- Experience leading teams of business systems analysts
- Experience working with IT projects and IT product roadmap development
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Inquisitive mind and a lifelong learner
- Technology savvy
- Experience interfacing with non-native English speakers
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience writing business requirements documentation, software-related guidelines, and process-oriented SOPs
