Customer Service Team Lead

Call Center Services International seeks a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Tijuana, B.C. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $5,500.00 per week.
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced leader to manage our tech support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to company goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Team Lead will:
- Manage employee schedules and monitor call performance
- Provide guidance and support to staff on product-related questions
- Lead, motivate, and train staff to meet established goals and objectives
- Maintain performance records and provide constructive feedback
- Develop plans to improve operational proficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Evaluate employee performance and track incentives
- Escalate complex calls and turn them into learning opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure company policies compliance
- Serve as liaison between clients and the company, balancing client needs with business goals
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflow
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Computer and Excel skills
