Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recreation Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, promoting recreation activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and recruit guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Register and schedule guests for recreation activities
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility for the safety and welfare of guests and members
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in the event of an emergency
  • Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Process payments for recreation activities and rentals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification required
  • Recreation equipment certification required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
